You can't log in with Office 365 and get the message below.



NOTE for UAE Public Schools:


Solution 1 - for students and teachers

Check with your school that the Office 365/Blippit sign-in has been activated.

  • If 'yes', try signing in to Office 365 email to check you have the correct password
  • If successful, go to Blippit and Sign In using the orange 365 button.
  • If unsuccessful, teachers should email support@blippit.co.uk



Solution 2 - for students and teachers

Sometimes, another person who has used your machine may still be logged in to Office 365 services under their login.

  • Click this link https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf to ensure that no one else has been left logged in to 365 at your workstation
  • If successful, try signing in to Office 365 email to check you have the right password
  • If successful go to Blippit (UAE Public Schools go here) and sign In using the orange 365 sign in button.
  • If Blippit login is still unsuccessful, check with your school that the Office 365/Blippit sign-in has been activated.
  • If unsuccessful, teachers should email support@blippit.co.uk
    • We can't support students directly. If you are a student please speak to your teacher first

Solution 3 - for teachers only

Assuming that your school has the 365 integration activated with Blippit (not UAE public schools)

  • check that the provider identifier (Tenancy ID) submitted to Blippit Support (displayed in the Subscription panel) is correct.
  • Only a school Blippit Admin (teacher) can check and verify this.
  • Email support@blippit.co.uk with the ID copied an pasted in with brief description of the issue.
