Admins can quickly sort and search all Boards by specific people in the Dashboard. It is great for giving you a quick insight into people who you may want to support as a result.
This feature was originally designed to support SLT as a quick reference to support performance management meetings however it is often used to help subject leads see impact sorted by specific staff members.
